At Surrogate Family Care, we are thrilled to now be able to provide in-home Urgent Care services through our Medical Director, Dr. Michele Lee. No more long wait times in busy Urgent Care waiting rooms. You can now have care provided in the comfort of your home, either in person or via telehealth. We proudly serve NYC, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam, and Duchess Counties.
Dr. Michele Lee
Michele Lee, MD is the Medical Director for Surrogate Family Care. She is board certified in internal medicine and palliative medicine and specializes in providing home medical care.
After graduating from Weill Cornell Medical College, Dr. Lee completed her internship and residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She then went on to pursue her fellowship training in geriatrics and palliative care medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Dr. Lee is devoted to caring for home bound patients of our community and understands the hardships of traveling to the office for urgent care visits especially when feeling unwell. She is dedicated to providing excellent medical care to you and your loved ones in the comfort of your home.
